Josue Mata with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, founded Premier Outdoor Living and Construction LLC. (POLC) with one goal in mind; provide our customers with the best project experience and outcome. Our commitment is to deliver the highest quality of work in safe manner.
POLC is a family owned fully insured company under the direction of our founder Josue who oversees every aspect of the project from the design phase through completion. Our customers can rest assured knowing their projects are in great hands.

The Process -
Contact: contact us via phone 281-516-8151, our receptionist will gladly answer your phone call, ask you a few basic questions and contact information. Contact is via email sales@premierolc.com, social media. POLC’s representative will contact you to discuss your projects.
Free Consultation- Our representative will contact you to schedule a onsite consultation. During this visit the representative will discuss options, take measurements and show you pictures of related projects.
Proposal - After obtaining measurements and details of the desired project, our representative will prepare a proposal with detailed scope and pricing of the proposed project.
Design - Upon agreement on scope of work and pricing the design commences and it’s reviewed with the customer prior the development and execution of the project.
Development- Permits for municipalities and HOA are processed.
Execution- Construction phase
